Derived from the nut of the American palm tree, sister to the African Palm tree, and native to the rainforests of Honduras, pure Honduran batana oil has the consistency of a solid oil, accompanied by an earthy coffee aroma.  It melts at body temperature, it is non greasy, and penetrates well into hair and skin.
