Is my credit card secure?
Your credit card transactions are secure. All on-line orders are
encrypted and sent through our secure server, using SSL
technology to prevent information from being intercepted.
Confidential information such as your credit card number will be
used only to fulfill your order. To protect your privacy, we
will ask you to enter your credit card number and expiration
date each time you place an order with us. This way, even if
someone else accesses the account information stored on your
computer, they won't be able to use your credit card.
What
about my personal information?
When you place an order, fill out a survey or sign up for
information, we ask for your name, address, telephone number,
e-mail address and so forth.
Your name and address information is used solely for verifying
your identity and for processing your order. We do not share,
rent or barter any personal information. We will not disclose
any personal information unless required by law to do so.

Shipping Policy:
Orders of $100 or more get FREE SHIPPING. Free shipping offer is good for standard
shipping
within the Continental
United States. Most shipments are made via USPS or UPS.
Federal Express
and DHL are also available, please call or email for a quote on
shipping charges.
Shipping Time
Please keep in mind that ebene
products are made fresh daily due to our high turnover of
inventory.
Do note that we
start working on your orders as soon as we get it.
Products are handmade. We try to ship all orders within 3 to 7 business days of ordering,
however in some cases, we may run out
of a product by the time your order gets
processed, so please allow 7 to 14 business days from order
date for delivery.
Order Inquiry
Please
make all order inquiries through the
email address on your order form or by clicking on the
email link in the middle of this sentence. This is the
fastest way to get your order status. Phone inquiries do
take a little longer as your message ends up in the general
mailbox which is then forwarded to the order department.
International
Orders
International orders will receive a revised total as our system does not add up shipping for international orders. Order will not ship until shipping rates are approved
and accepted by customer.

4. Sorry no C.O.D.'s. Returns: Please be sure of your purchase. Items damaged
in shipping may be returned. If an item is damaged in shipping, please leave it in its original packaging and call us at ebene immediately.
Returns on damaged items will not be accepted after 5 days. If for some reason you would like to return a product
because it does not work for you, you may do so for a store credit
(minus shipping fees) towards something else within 14 days.
S&H charges will not
be refunded. The amount that we paid to ship package to
you will be omitted from refund, no exeptions.
Cancelled Orders:
You may
cancel an order within 24 hours of order placement, however a
$10 cancellation fee will apply. If the order is cancelled after
24 hours, a 10% re-stocking fee will also apply. Please do
note that we start working on your orders as soon as we get it.
It takes time to prepare your order. Products are
handmade.
Refused
Packages:
Orders which are refused by the customer or returned to us by
UPS or USPS for any reason other than damage while in transit to
the customer, S&H charges will not be refunded. The amount
that we paid to ship package to you will be omitted from
refund, no exeptions.

Form of Payment : ebene
accepts the following major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, and
American Express .
You may also pay for your order with a check or money order made payable to ebene. Please note that there is a $35.00 for returned
checks.
Gift Certificates : ebene gift certificates make a great gift. If you are not sure
about what that special someone wants, let them decide with an ebene gift certificate. They are available in any
denominations. If your order only consist of a gift certificate, only add $4.50 for shipping and handling, unless sent by rush service.
Sales Tax: Sorry all of you Florida Residents, but we
are required by law to charge you a 7% sales tax on all merchandise.
Gift Wrapping: Gift orders receive special attention.
Upon request we are happy to put them into a beautiful ebene gift box filled with colorful tissue. Purely simple, tasteful and beautiful. Orders of $200 or more will be gift wrapped for
free. Otherwise there is a $5.00 charge per gift.
Price Changes: We try to keep our prices stable. Due to market fluctuations on raw
natural ingredients, prices are subject to change without notice. Sorry!
Privacy: We respect our customers privacy. The
information gathered is solely to conduct business: processing your order, sending emails, brochures and postcards to inform you on new products, sales and services or upcoming events.
The information we collect is not shared with any other party.
